The following service and/or processes provided by QIX are in the scope of the evaluation process:
- Reception, identification, registration and storage of sawn wafers.
- Reception of COS Data and embedding of COS Data to ICs for smartcards.
- Assembly into modules.
- Quality control testing for incoming raw materials and each production process
- Functional testing and visual inspection of finished modules
- Warehousing and dispatch of finished modules
- Scrap recycle and return to clients if required.
