- Reception, identification, registration and storage of sawn wafers
- Assembly into modules
- Functional testing of finished modules (physical- electrical testing)
- Warehousing and dispatch of finished modules
- Scrap recycle and destruction (the wasted chips will be destroyed by the authorized 3rd party)
