The Ningbo Chengtian Weiye Production Center covers Phase 4 IC Packaging – Security IC packaging (and testing) according to [BSI-DSZ-CC-PP-0084].
The following service and/or processes provided by Ningbo Chengtian Weiye Production Center are in the scope of the evaluation process:
- Reception, identification, registration and storage of sawn wafers.
- Wire bonding
- Die bonding
- Assembly into modules
- Quality control testing for incoming raw materials and production process
- Visual inspection of finished modules
- Warehousing and dispatch of finished modules
- Scrap recycle and return to clients if required.
