• Reception, identification, registration and storage of sawn wafers
• Assembly into modules
• Functional testing of finished modules (physical- electrical testing)
• Warehousing and dispatch of finished modules
• Scrap recycle and destruction (the wasted chips will be destroyed by the authorized 3rd party)
